Returns & Exchanges
Customers who are not completely satisfied have 30 days after the completion of an order (the date an order confirmation email is sent) to request a return or exchange. This process is done through Suit Authority's Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system, which is accessible to a customer by logging in to his/her account. Guests who purchased on Suit Authority.com may also request an RMA by following the RMA Request link in the footer section of this site.
For your convenience shipping is FREE on returned items (except shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Simply follow the directions in the RMA system. Some restrictions and limitations may apply on large bulk shipments. Original shipping charges for orders under an $80 purchase are not refundable.
We do not take back worn suits, items with removed labels or tags, garments with irregular odors, or tailored or damaged garments. Unhemmed garments returned in the same condition you received them, with all the tags, labels and packaging included (specifically for dress shirts), are acceptable for a full refund. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure the items are packed properly to avoid any damage on the way back.
There are no exchanges or money back policies on items in Clearance. All CLEARANCE sales are final.There are no refunds or exchanges on ties or accessories.
All refunds must be accompanied by the packing slip, and any refunds through our RMA system will be made back to the original form of payment within 10 - 14 days from receiving returned merchandise. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original card only.
