To purchase items, just click on the "Add to Cart" button. If you have not logged on before doing so, you will be prompted to create an account. You may add as many items as you wish to your shopping bag. Once you have added an item you wish to purchase to your shopping bag you may continue shopping by clicking the "Continue Shopping" button.

Once you are ready to checkout you can return to your shopping bag by clicking on "cart" on the top menu of all pages. Click on "Checkout" to proceed. You will be asked to confirm your shipping address and payment information. After having clicked on the "confirm order" button, you can continue shopping or verify your order status.

Tax and shipping is calculated automatically for shipments within the US and Canada. Click on the highlighted words for our shipping and tax policies or for international orders .

Once your order has been processed through our secure server, we will fill it within 24 hours and ship it to you as soon as possible. We will then send you a confirmation by email to tell you when you can expect your items.

Orders of $129 or more automatically receive free Standard Shipping.

Following credit approval, your order will be processed the next business day (Monday through Friday not including holidays) Weekends are not included .

STANDARD SERVICE - $14.95US Estimated arrival time up to 7 working days ,based on availability .Some products may take up to 10 working days due to back orders.

ONE-DAY SERVICE - $65-$75 Estimated arrival time up to 2 days (Depending on Geographic Region) US Estimated arrival time up to 2 days

One-Day delivery, depending on product availability, ships UPS. You should receive your order within 1 to 2 business days from the day we ship your order based on availability on stock .Weekends are not included.

For International orders we ship via USPS International Express. You should receive your order within 5 to 8 business days from the day your order is shipped. INTERNATIONAL SERVICE - $44.95US (outside North America)

Please note that we do allow a 6-hour window for cancellation from the time you placed your order to all of our international orders. However, if you are canceling your order after the 6 hours and it has not been shipped, there is a $25 cancellation fee.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We guarantee your satisfaction with every purchase. We have an unconditional return policy on all unworn, and unused new items purchased. All Returns must come with their original packing and labels. We do not accept items that have been worn or altered. All suits must be returned as a whole, They must include jacket and pants unless told otherwise by a Suitauthority associate. Once the item is received, we will refund the full purchase price minus a 12% Restocking Fee. No shipping fees are refunded. All Refunds take Seven business days to process from date of refund. You must make a request to return your item within 7 days after you received your item, otherwise it will be deemed that you are satisfied with your purchase and the sale will become final.

Any exchange packages should be accompanied by a note that includes the following:

TAILORING

Our suits come with raw hem pants that will need to be sewn or cuffed to your exact length and preference. Items that have been altered may not be returned.
